About our Founder and President, Wes Stillman

Wes Stillman is currently president and founder of Wes-Tech Solutions, a provider of advanced compliance and security technology for financial advisors. An authority on IT management and cybersecurity solutions for independent RIAs and other financial advisors, Wes is committed to helping advisors use technology as a differentiator to compete and grow.
Wes was Chief Executive Officer of RightSize Solutions, which he launched in 2002 because he saw that RIAs needed a relatable technology partner that understood how to address RIAs’ need for security and operational flexibility with how they run their businesses. In 2020, RightSize Solutions was acquired by Visory, a provider of IT management and hosting solutions, and Wes served the company in a variety of executive roles, most recently as Chief Innovation Officer.
